I saw Belinda for upper middle back issues initially which have been very well resolved. Latterly for lower back and leg pain from cycling and running. Massages and cupping have really helped with this and also the general aching muscles from sport. Belinda provides such a thorough massage and takes time to get to know your body and any ailments in order to give the best possible treatment to get relief from aches, pains and muscle tension as well as to provide relaxation. Her caring and thorough nature, alongside her extensive knowledge of the body, how it works and reacts to different techniques enable Belinda to get to the bottom of issues and get great results.
